Case Act Reporting
Information published in accordance with the Case-Zablocki Act, 1 U.S.C. 112b
1 USC 112b(b)(1) provides: “Not later than 120 days after the date on which an international
agreement enters into force, the Secretary shall make the text of the agreement, and the information
described in subparagraphs (A)(iii) and (B)(iii) of subsection (a)(1) relating to the agreement,
available to the public on the website of the Department of State.”
1 USC 112b(b)(2) provides: “Not less frequently than once every 120 days, the Secretary
shall make the text of each qualifying non-binding instrument that became operative during
the preceding 120 days, and the information described in subparagraphs (A)(iii) and (B)(iii)
of subsection (a)(1) relating to each such instrument, available to the public on the website of the Department of State.”
