To support Global Fragility Act implementation, the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) commissioned Tebbutt Research to
undertake the data collection for the U.S. Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability (SPCPS) baseline surveys in Hela and Morobe Provinces, Papua New Guinea.
See Community Survey in Papua New Guinea for more information.
The baseline surveys involved exploring public opinion across a variety of topic areas including justice, security, and development needs of local residents. See the Tebbutt Research baseline survey translations for more.
